Give access that expires, not that lingers forever
Grant scoped, temporary access to any cluster or namespace. When time runs out, access vanishes automatically.
Control access across every clusterSee your clusters, users, backups and alerts in one place. No more juggling five different tools per team.
See it in action
Sign in once, see your clusters, and work as usual. Access is checked every time.
People log in with your company account, not a cluster credential.
Each person sees only the clusters and apps they've been given.
Your existing tools keep working, with access checked in the background.
The questions that matter
If any of these make you pause, that's exactly the gap ApexKube closes. Here's what you'd see instead.
In ApexKubeGive users or groups access to specific clusters or namespaces, set an expiry when needed, and revoke it when the work is done.
In ApexKubeA multi-cluster monitoring view with node status, active alerts, and CPU/memory by namespace, across every cluster, live.
In ApexKubeA backup dashboard showing backups, restores, schedules, and any namespace with no backup flagged automatically.
In ApexKubeA policy dashboard with a live pass/fail count across every cluster, broken down by application (for example, 385 passing and 7 failing).
Why ApexKube
Managing Kubernetes across multiple environments should not mean guessing who has access, whether recovery will work, or whether your security baseline still holds.
Grant scoped, temporary access to any cluster or namespace. When time runs out, access vanishes automatically.
Control access across every clusterWhat ApexKube is
ApexKube connects the clusters you already run through a secure control plane for access, monitoring, policy reports, backups, and restores.
What you can do
The point isn't just to see your clusters. It's to catch a node running out of memory, a failing policy, or an app with no backup before it becomes your problem.
Every cluster in one list, with its health and version. Open any of them without another login.
Invite people by email, choose what each one can do and where, and make it permanent or temporary with an expiry date.
One view across all your clusters, flagging what's running hot or alerting before it becomes an outage.
See which of your security rules are passing and which are failing, on any cluster.
See your backups and schedules together, and spot the apps that aren't protected yet.
Built in production
Built by Improwised after managing the same challenges across our own infrastructure and client environments. Today, our own infrastructure, on-premise systems, and client environments are managed through ApexKube, organization-wide, team-wide, every day.
See ApexKube on clusters like yoursCommon questions
Including the ones where the honest answer is no.
Yes. ApexKube manages the Kubernetes clusters you already run. It doesn't replace Kubernetes or run your workloads for you.
No. It sits in front of them. ApexKube is built on Headlamp, the open-source Kubernetes UI, and your existing kubectl and dashboards keep working. It adds the shared layer for managing many clusters and controlling access, rather than replacing what you have.
No. It manages the clusters you already have by connecting them to the console. Creating new clusters is out of scope. ApexKube is about access, visibility, and control across the clusters you already run.
A Kubernetes cluster, and a small ApexKube agent installed in it. The agent connects outward, so nothing in your cluster needs to be exposed.
Remove them once and their access is gone from every cluster.
Only metadata about your clusters, such as names, versions, and health. Your workloads and their data stay in your clusters.
Through a walkthrough with the Improwised team rather than a self-serve signup. Because ApexKube sits in front of your clusters, the first step is a short conversation about your environments and what you need.
We'll walk through onboarding a cluster, scoping access, and rolling up policy, backup, and monitoring across all your clusters, live, against clusters like yours.
We'll reach out at your email within one/two business day to set up a time.
